Luxury Wigs is committed to customer satisfaction - if you receive any item that you are not 100% satisfied with, simply return it to us within 30 days in the "as new" condition that you received it and we will happily exchange or refund.
All Returns are subject to a $25 or 20% re-stocking fee per item, whichever is lower. (excludes warrantly and defective items)
Just contact us for a Return Authorisation Number and send it back with proof of purchase and we’ll repair it or exchange it or give you a refund for your purchase using your original payment method.
Our Return policy provides you with additional benefits to those under Australian Consumer Law.
If these requirements are not satisfied Luxury Wigs reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for returned items.
All returned products are evaluated thoroughly before a final decision is made.
How to return your product
If you purchased a product in store, please return it along with your proof of purchase to the Customer Service Counter at the store of purchase.
If you purchased a product online:
Before returning an item purchased onlineyou need to complete a Return Request Form.
To complete a Return Request Form please:
1. Log into your Account
2. Select Completed Orders
3. Press the Return Item button for the corresponding item and complete the form
4. We will review your Return Request and reply quickly.
5. After you hear back from us, place your unworn item in the original packaging and post back to us.
6. We recommend you use a Trackable postage method in case your return package is lost in the mail.
How will I be refunded?
If you can present proof of purchase, we’ll give you a refund using your original payment method.
If you can’t present proof that the goods were purchased from Luxury Wigs, we won’t be able to give you a refund or exchange.
30 DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE
This Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. Your rights under this Limited Warranty are in addition to the Statutory Guarantees and Warranties to Consumers. Luxury Wigs are sold exclusively on-line through Luxury Wigs web site or through Approved Stockists.
Luxury Wigs provides each original retail purchaser a limited 30 day warranty against defect materials and workmanship as follows:
- Wig fibre, colour and cap material construction.
- The original owner shall pay for all postage or travel costs associated with the Wigs repair or replacement.
- We recommend your Wig is shampooed and conditioned (with Wig approved Shampoo and Conditioner) ever 8-12 wears and only wide toothed combs are used.
- Wigs are high heat resistant to 200 degrees centigrade, if they are used at heats above this level they will be damaged and all warranties are voided.
- Synthetic Wigs cannot be died or coloured, if they are damaged due to dying or colouring the warranties are voided.
- Luxury Wigs Limited Warranty only applies to the original owner and is not transferrable. Warranty is for normal wear and tear and does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse or neglect.

GOODS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
At Luxury Wigs we do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. Luxury Wigs offers all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel at the checkout process.
When a customer has insured a parcel Luxury Wigs will launch an investigation on your behalf. These inquires can take up to 10 business days. If after ten days, the parcel cannot be found Luxury Wigs will replace your parcel free of charge. Customers who choose not to take shipping insurance on the parcel accept that Luxury Wigs is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and the parcel will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.
